The wind was our enemy #1 today. According to some very unscientific experiments, it made pedaling about as much harder as a 2-3% uphill gradient. Even more unscientifically: It was hard!

We had a very fun lunch at a sort of service station, with wooden booths and people watching and warm vegetable pastries and pie, which made us feel like we were on a roadtrip across the US.

A more sobering thing about today was the stunning amount of sex workers by the side of the road.

Due to a lack of open campsites (and the wind!) we made camp fairly early again today. The afternoon held a walk to the supermarket (Hanne) and some bike maintenance (Matt), as well as a dip in the sea (both of us!)
