Today is our only full day of cycling in Austria! Sometime early tomorrow, we will actually cross over into Germany. A very strange feeling, but also exciting!

How lucky* then, that about 7 or so k before our campsite, there happened to be a village party - the annual shindig of the volunteer fire brigade. There was beer, life music supplied by the fire brigade band and a lot of people in traditional Austrian costume. Suffice it to say that the last few kms to our campsite were maybe a bit more slalomy than usual.....

*For varying degrees of lucky.... Matts happiness can be seen in the picture, Hanne was perhaps less enthusiastic.
